    Chilly Chicken

    Ingerdients



    • 1 k Boneless Chicken (cut into small pieces)
    • 4 Garlic pods
    • 2 cups Onion (chopped)
    • 7 Green chilies
    • 1 tsp Tomato sauce
    • 1 tsp Chilly sauce
    • 1 tsp Soya sauce
    • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    • 1 tsp Gram masala
    • Red color
    • Curry leaves
    • Oil for frying
    • For marinating
    • 2 tsp Chilly powder
    • 1 tsp Coriander powder
    • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
    • 1/2 tsp Gram masala
    • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
    • 2 tbsp Yogurt
    • 2 tsp Tomato sauce
    • 2 tsp Chilly sauce
    • 1 tsp Soya sauce
    • Red (Tandoori) color
    • Salt




    Methods/steps


    1. Wash the chicken well and drain out excess water.
    2. Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients for marinating for about 2 hours.
    3. Fry the marinated chicken pieces in oil.
    4. Remove excess oil by placing them on a tissue.
    5. Heat little oil in a pan.
    6. Fry garlic, till it turns brown.
    7. Add onions and fry, till they turn brown.
    8. Add green chilies and sauté for a while.
    9. Add fried chicken pieces followed the sauces and sauté for sometime.
    10. Add pepper powder, meat masala, a pinch of color mixed in 2 tbsp of water and salt, if required.
    11. Stir for sometime on a low flame.
    12. Add curry leaves.
    13. Remove from flame.
